Student Programming Board
The Student Programming Board is one of the three programming boards at St. John’s University, and strives to create programs to narrow the gap between commuter and resident students. The Student Programming Board is one of the oldest programming organizations and develops equitable, yet entertaining, experiences for both groups of students. Some of SPB's events include Stormsburg, which includes creative games and food trucks, Six Flags Fright Fest, Masquerade Ball, and many others. Commuter Appreciation Week is their most famous event, which honors commuters with a full week of activities in March – from a block party and basketball tournament, to a paint & sip night, movie night, field day, and more.
