Festival Tickets

Ticket sales end for guests on Monday, April 28, 2025. Current St. John's students can register for one (1) free ticket until Tuesday, April 29 at 4PM.

Student Ticketing Tiers

Registration is required for all students, guests, and attendees. Stormin' Loud free tickets, guests' tickets and purchaded pacakages are nontransferrable.
Ticket sales will begin Thursday April 10 @ 10 AM  at Campus Concierge. This event is not open to the public and there are no package sales for external guests or alumni.
There will be four ticket tiers available for current students; you may reserve a General Admission ticket for free or amplify your experience with one of our merch packages. Our Purple , Black, and Gold merch packages each come with a Stormin' Loud admission ticket and additional perks.
General Admission: FREE
(St. John’s Students Only)*
Includes admission to the event, access to rides and attractions. Food options are available while supplies last and distributed on a first come first served basis.
*The guest ticket price is $30 until sales close on Monday, April 28.  This event is not open to the public; guests must be preregistered by their St. John's student host.

Includes a swag bag with exclusive Stormin Loud branded merchandise:
  • Exclusive T-shirt
  • Tote bag
  • Light-up wristband
  • Two guaranteed vouchers to redeem in the food village
  • Plus the Fast Pass that allows you to skip the lines for carnival rides (Ferris Wheel and Sizzler).
*One Fast Pass per person. A Fast Pass does not apply to a group. Restrictions may apply. You will receive your package merchandise and vouchers on the day of the event at check-in.

New Johnnies (Accepted Students)

General Admission: FREE
(For Accepted St. John's Students)*
Accepted students are welcome to attend Stormin Loud. However, currently, we are unable to accommodate guests unless your guest is also accepted and has registered for a ticket through the admissions portal. For additional information, please review the emails from the Office of Admissions or feel free to contact visit@stjohns.edu

Ticket & Wristband Distribution Info 

Stormin' Loud is an exclusive event for the St. John's community. Outside guests are allowed on a one-to-one entry policy and must be accompanied by their St. John’s host at all times (limited spots available). All ticket holders will need to retrieve a wristband to access the Great Lawn on Friday, May 2 at 3 PM – you will not be able to enter with just a ticket. General admission is free for all current active students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

Registration is required for all attendees, and tickets are non-transferrable. There will be four ticket tiers available; you may reserve a General Admission ticket for free or upgrade your experience with the Purple, Black or Gold ticket package at an additional cost. On the day of the event, you will need your ticket and active Stormcard to redeem your event wristband and available vouchers. Ticket sales will open on Thursday, April 10th at 10am at Campus Concierge.

  • Campus Concierge Hours of Operation

    Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Friday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    Campus Concierge will be closed April 17 to April 22 for the holiday.

For Current St. John’s Students

There are four ticket tiers available for current St. John’s students. You may reserve a General Admission ticket for free, or upgrade your experience with the Purple, Black or Gold ticket package at an additional cost. On the day of the event, you will need your ticket and physical active Storm Card to redeem your event wristband.
All sales are final and nonrefunable.

Current St. John students can retrieve their event wristband starting the morning of Stormin' Loud. You will need your physical active Storm Card and ticket confirmation to retrieve your wristband. If you are bringing a guest with you, they must check-in with you to receive their wristband.

For Alumni & External Guests

Alumni should contact studentactivities@stjohns.edu for information about Alumni ticket sales. Alumni can retrieve their event wristband starting at 3 PM the day of Stormin' Loud. You will need your physical, valid state/government-issued ID and ticket confirmation to retrieve your wristband.

St. John’s students are allowed to invite one non-St. John’s guest to accompany them at the event. Guest must be 17 years of age or older. Guests must present a physical valid government-issued ID card (license, ID, passport, etc.) and must check-in with you as a St. John’s student. This event is not open to the public – each guest must be accompanied by an St. John’s student and will be the responsibility of their St. John’s student host. Limited spots are available.

For New Johnnies 

Newly-accepted students may acquire tickets to Stormin’ Loud through the St. John’s University Office of Admissions. Tickets are free & available for New Johnnies that have confirmed and secured their acceptance to St. John’s University for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
